By accessing and using Chamberfa.st ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Chamberfa.st is a comprehensive chamber management platform that provides tools for membership management, event organization, business directories, and other chamber-related activities.

The Service is currently in development and available as a waitlist signup. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Promptly updating your account information

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

When the Service becomes available for subscription:

• Failed payments may result in service suspension

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions that should survive termination shall survive.

In no event shall Chamberfa.st, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website.

Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
